Directions:
From St. Louis, take I-55 south to Hwy 67 south.  Follow to the Leadington/Park Hills
exit, Hwy 32, turn right.  Continue on Hwy 32 west about 3.5 miles before turning left
onto Pimville Road, just before the railroad tracks at the bottom of a hill.  Follow Pimville
Road about 2 1/2 miles and the equestrian treadhead and campground will be on the left,
just past the radio-controlled airplane parking area.

Mapsource GDB File - Will open only if you have Garmin Mapsource Software.
 
Season:
Year-round.
No hunting allowed here except special managed hunts.  
              
Fees:
No day use fees.
Basic campsites - $8.00
Electric campsites - $14.00

Equine Camping:
Yes, a designated campground with 12 basic & 13 electric sites is available to trail riders.
           
Trail Notes:
This is a multi use trail with only a few hazards to be aware of, including a few washed out
sections, steep & rocky stretches, water crossings, and a road crossing.  The trail can also
get confusing in some areas due to inconsistant trail markings and illegally made and ridden
trails.
   
          
Cart/Wagon Driving:
Not feasible.  Mostly single track trail with no safe road riding available.

Water Available:
Drinking water:  Yes, at both the campground and day use parking lot.
Water for horses: Day use parking lot and campground both have water spigots.
Shower & laundry facilities:  Available at the ATV camping area.

Other Facilities:
Day use parking lot & campground both have picnic tables, bar-b-que pits, trash cans,
hitch rails and outhouses.

Other Activities:
Hiking, ATV riding areas, mountain bike riding, swimming, boating, & picnicking.

Other Services:
Car care, groceries, & restaurants:  Farmington, about 15 miles south.
