Directions:
From St. Louis, at the junction of I-40 and 270, take I-270 north to New Halls Ferry Road
and follow, crossing over Lindbergh.  Continue past Lindbergh 1.3 more miles to Vaile.  
Turn right and follow 2.2 miles to Old Jamestown Road, turn left.  The park is a quarter mile
further on the right.  This is an urban trail with
heavy traffic to negotiate with your truck and
trailer.

.5 of a mile and open riding by the river.
              
Trailer Parking:
Moderate and only allowed at the gravel lot.

Not allowed.
             
Trail Notes:
Trail and riding area by the river are all easy riding.  Please do not ride this area when it is
wet because the area by the river becomes very boggy.  The trail is marked with little wood
posts with an orange top and a horse emblem.  The trail follows the tree line along the edge
of the park.  This is an urban area with a lot of houses all around it and lots of people using
the park.

Unknown at this time.  Researching now.

Water Available:
Drinking water:  Yes, available within the park.
Water for the horses:  Yes, collected from water fountains within the park.  Most areas
                               where water is located, however, do not allow horses.

Restrooms, picnic shelters, picnic tables, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, camp
sites, & a Frisbee Golf Area.

Other Activities:
Hiking, camping, basketball, tennis, Frisbee golf, picnicking, wildlife study, & photography.
