Directions:  
Camp Five Pond:  From Doniphan, take Hwy 160 west for 20 miles to Hwy J.  Go
north on Hwy J for 6.7 miles and turn left at the drive leading to trailhead.
Brawly Pond:  From Hwy 60, take Hwy J south for 11.1 miles to Hwy K.  Turn west
and follow for 2.7 miles until it turns to gravel at County Road 158.  Turn right and go
0.3 of a mile to County Road 163, turn left and go 0.4 of a mile to the trailhead on right.

No camping or day use fees.  Donations are alway welcome.

Equestrian Camping:
Yes, primitive dispersed camping along the trail.

Trail Notes:  
You may encounter old forest roads in various stages of reverting back to natural
conditions and trail markers are minimal, so following the trail can be a bit confusing.
There are streams and downfall to negotiate, and the trail can be steep and rocky.
It's a beautiful but secluded place to ride.  Watch out for venomous snakes, ticks
and yellow jackets.

Cart/Wagon Driving:
Not allowed.  This is a wilderness area so mechanized equipment is not allowed on the trail.

Water Available:
Drinking water:  None available.
Water for horses:  Creeks and streams.

Other Facilities:
Toilet facilities, picnic tables and fire rings are available at Camp Five Pond.

Other Activities:
Hiking, camping, hunting, backpacking, fishing and boating.  This is a wilderness, so
you shouldn't see any mountain bikes here.
