Directions:  
From Cape Girardeau, take I-55 north 5.7 miles to Hwy 61.  Take Hwy 61 northeast for
0.8 of a mile to Hwy 177, turn east.  Follow Hwy 177 east 10.2 miles, turn left, go 1.2 mile
past the park visitor center, turn left on Hill Road and go 1.7 miles to Overlook Road, turn
right.  Trailhead is about 200 feet up on left.

Miles of Trails:
10 mile series of  loops.

Season:
Year-round.
No hunting allowed here, except special managed hunts.

Fees:
No day use fees.

Equestrian Camping:
Not allowed.

Trail Notes:
A few steep grades and water crossings, but the trail is usually well marked and easy to
follow.  It is another trail however, that is prone to a lot of storms and can sustain a lot of
damage, so be sure to call the park before travelling very far to ride here.  

Cart/Wagon Driving:
Not allowed.  This has a wild area so mechanized equipment is not allowed on the trail.

Water Available:
Drinking Water:  Not available at the trailhead, but it is available elsewhere in the park
                     where the horses are not allowed.
Water for horses:  Creeks along the trail

Other Facilities:
Restrooms are available, but no other facilities.

Other Activities:
Hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, & picnicking.
