Directions:
From Rolla, take Hwy 63 south for about 47 miles to Hwy 17 in Houston,
MO, turn east. Follow Hwy 17 for 15.7 miles, just past the town of Eunice
to the new gravel road on the right. There is a big Shooting Range sign.
Turn right and follow road for 1.1 miles to Wallen Road. Turn left onto
Wallen Road and follow 0.6 of a mile to the trailhead on the right.

Trailer Parking:
Limited at each individual lot, but ample opportunity for parking with the
three lots available.

About 12 miles more or less.
Season:
Year-round.
*Caution. Open to hunters during hunting seasons.

Trail Notes:
Since this is all road riding, the corridor is wide, in good condition with
no excessive overgrowth or downfall to negotiate. This is an excellent
alternative for wet weather or yellow jacket season riding. It's all in the
woods so it's shaded and cool even in the heat of summer. You don't
feel like you're road riding as much because you won't see any houses
or much traffic. While we were there, we saw both deer and turkey.

Allowed on all roads open to vehicular use.

Drinking Water: None available.
Water for horses: Limited creeks.
Other Facilities:
No facilities available.

Hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, nature study, picnicking, photography,
