Directions:
From Kansas City, take I-70 east to Hwy BB in Grain Valley, turn north. Follow Hwy BB
for 2 miles to Pink Hill Road, turn west. Drive 1.6 miles to Slaughter Road and turn north.
Follow road for 0.9 miles until it dead ends onto Argo Road, turn west. Trailhead parking is
on the left.

No day use fee. There is a yearly $15.00 trailer permit that you must buy to
use any Jackson County Parks equestrian trail.
Equestrian Camping:
Not allowed.
Trail Notes:
This is one of the few trails that has gotten smaller over the years. It is rocky with a few
very steep hills to climb and creeks to cross. Can be very muddy after a rain, so please
don't ride when you know that they trail condition is not going to be favorable.
