The trails I list here are trails that were open in the past, but are now closed to
horseback riding permanently.
Bluffwoods Trail
Buchanan County
This trail was closed partially due to the fact that it was seldom used by
horseback riders since it was only 2 miles long. Combine that with the steep,
easily eroded terrain, The Department of Conservation decided to close it
permanently to us trail riders.
