Directions:  
From Jefferson City, take Hwy 54 south aprox. 17 miles to Hwy AA.  Turn right onto Hwy
AA and follow for 7.9 miles.  Hwy AA gets pretty curvy at times.  Drive until you get to
Scrivner Road, turn right.  Drive 1.7 miles to Scott Lane, turn left.  Follow Scott Lane to the
trailhead parking lot.

Trail Notes:
This trail is not difficult, it goes through more fields than forest.  It is mostly a widely mown
path of grass the whole way through.  Creeks to cross, maybe some downfall to negotiate
sometimes, and a gun range not to far from the trail in one section so your horse needs to be
used to the sound of gun fire in the distance.
